As part of the reconstruction, 31 transport hubs have been built at the MCR. Half of them are integrated with metro stations. These transport hubs become multifunctional: they include offices, retail complexes, shops and cafes. Investors put up money in the construction of the commercial part, the city builds only the technological part of the hub, which performs a transport function. Work is continuing on structuring the commercial real estate development project within the framework of MCR development. The scheme of realization and attraction of investors has been determined. Investors have already expressed their readiness to invest in the development of territories near the 11 MCR stations. The project provides the organization of general-practice medical clinics within a walking distance. Under the project, the city provides a preferential rental rate of “1 ruble per square meter of non-residential premises a year” for private investors, for 20 years after the investor has adapted the premises for medical purposes and has begun providing medical services, provided that the medical services are provided according to the list and the scope determined by the Moscow Department of Health.

The multifunctional complex of the Otkrytie Arena soccer stadium includes a main stadium, a sports hall with 12,000 seat stands, an administrative building and a 7,500 space parking lot.

The project involves the construction of a stadium with a total area of 78,000 sq. m and a capacity of 30,000 seats, as well as an adjacent hotel and administrative complex with an area of 70,000 sq. m and a multi-level 1400-space parking lot.

The project covers an area of about 470 ha, including the territory of the Likhachev plant in 333 ha.
The new district of Moscow is being created on the principle of "a city within a city", where all functions are balanced and complement each other. It is planned to build housing, a public production cluster, aboveground and underground parking lots, and social facilities on the site of the demolished workshops of the plant.
At the expense of investors, it is planned to commission about 6 million sq. m real estate. In total, more than 75,000 people will live on the territory, more than 65,000 jobs will be created (at the rate of 30 m of non-residential premises per 1 employee).

The center of the territory will be the pedestrian boulevard of the Vesnin Brothers, along which the main public buildings will be located: a concert hall, a museum (the Hermitage-Moscow), a theater, a hotel and shopping centers with the integration of residential buildings. More than 40 ha of territory will be allocated for landscaping, a 4 km long embankment and a park area.
The transport framework of the new urban area at ZIL will include a Moscow Metro station with a large transport interchange hub (TIH Technopark), the MCC ZIL station (it is planned to create a TIH) and a network of trunk and local roads. It is planned to create about 30 km of the road network, several bridge crossings.

The project involves the reorganization of the territory of 101.84 ha and the placement of multifunctional complex buildings with a total maximum area of about 1.55 million sq. m. The implementation of the project will provide a comprehensive improvement of the territory of the plant and the creation of a convenient space for citizens.
The new residential facilities will be provided with the necessary social infrastructure, including 9 institutions implementing a pre-school education program for 1,030 places, one detached building for 330 places and 8 built-in attached for 700 places, 2 schools for 2,360 students (one designed for 1,100 places, the other is for 1,260), a children's and adult polyclinic with an area of 7,000 sq. m.
Residential quarters are supplemented with social and business centers, social, sports and cultural infrastructure: the concept of active ground floors is being implemented: all lower levels of buildings are occupied by non-residential premises - shops, cafes, medical centers, children's studios, bakeries, beauty salons, dry cleaners, laundries, bank branches, etc.
In April 2014, an alliance of 2 architectural bureaus from the Netherlands (MVRDV and LAP Landscape & Urban Design) and the Russian architectural workshop Projectus was announced as the winner of the competition for the development of an architectural and urban planning concept for the development of the territory.

At the end of 2018, the development of project documentation for the territory around the Black Lake improvement was completed. There will be an Urban-park, where fairs and festivals will be held, children's playgrounds, cafes, gazebos, bicycle and roller rental points, dog walking and training grounds. It also is planned to equip a sports park with running tracks and an indoor pavilion for physical education nearby. The completion of the work is scheduled for 2022.
In the summer of 2019, the first section of the Nekrasovskaya metro line was launched, the stations "Kosino", "Dmitrievsky Street", "Lukhmanovskaya" and "Nekrasovka" were opened for passengers.
A transport interchange hub (TIH) will be built near the Nekrasovka station (the competition was held in September 2019). The investor will build a multifunctional center with underground parking on the territory of TIH "Nekrasovka".
