The Luzhniki Stadium reconstruction is complete; the Stadium successfully hosted FIFA World Cup 2018, it hosts world-class sporting events.
The project involves the relocation of the existing press-welding production of a leading Russian car body parts manufacturer producing more than 6.5 million parts per year. The construction project envisages the erection of a plant with an area of more than 40,000 sq. m in the Biryulyovo industrial zone.

The space of the company production facilities will be about 10,000 sq. m. It is planned to create 233 new jobs.

As part of the project of the Scientific Research Institute of Technical Physics and Automation (the party involved is the Nizhnie Kotly Industrial Park Management Company), it is planned to create the first industrial park in Moscow called Nizhnie Kotly.In the park, an innovative production will be launched, and research in the field of natural and technical sciences will be carried out, including nuclear medicine and radiation technology. In addition, technical control, testing and the other activities related to the testing, navigation and measuring instrument production will be carried out. The products list will include import-substituting medical equipment. It is planned to create 500 highly paid jobs.

The project involves the construction of a 10,000-sqare-meter technopark complex, including a production unit with a research center and administrative premises for staff. The technopark residents and leaseholders will be the companies working in the field of CVD diamond synthesis and industrial application, manufacturing the final products with a high CVD diamond conversion depth, and developing and producing modern semiconductor hardware and lasers.

The project involves the reconstruction and significant expansion of the existing VDNKh EXPO area for congress, exhibition and concert events. The Skolkovo IC project provides the construction of infrastructure facilities for research and development, innovation activities. One of the main innovation center elements is the Skolkovo Technopark, which will occupy 60 hectares with a construction area of 145,000 sq. m. to accommodate innovative companies, laboratories and common use centers. More than 600 leading Russian and international companies will become Skolkovo Technopark residents. The Skolkovo IC will accommodate the research and development centers of such leading multinational companies as Boeing, Airbus, IBM, Intel, HP, Samsung, Cisco, Dow, GE, etc.

The project envisages the modernization of the MCC railway infrastructure with an aim to arrange passenger transportation and create new stations. The further MCC infrastructure development is expected to be ensured through the construction of transfer hub (TH) facilities, including the passenger infrastructure and TH commercial facilities.

A private investor is building the Botanichesky Sad TH on the MCC that will be completed by the end of 2020.Currently, 6 TH sites (Vladykino, Novokhokhlovskaya, Delovoi Tsentr, Verkhnie Kotly, Likhobory, Zorge) are of commercial interest. The auctions to attract investors are planned to be held in 2019 and 2020.
The project provides the organization of general-practice medical clinics within a walking distance. Under the project, the city provides a preferential rental rate of “1 ruble per square meter of non-residential premises a year” for private investors, for 20 years after the investor has adapted the premises for medical purposes and has begun providing medical services, provided that the medical services are provided according to the list and the scope determined by the Moscow Department of Health.

The multifunctional complex of the Otkrytie Arena soccer stadium includes a main stadium, a sports hall with 12,000 seat stands, an administrative building and a 7,500 space parking lot.

The project covers an area of about 470 hectares, incl. 333 hectare area of the Likhachov plant. The project provides reconstruction and large-scale construction. In total, more than 6 million sq. m of buildings and structures will be erected (housing, social production cluster, aboveground and underground parking lots, social facilities). More than 40 hectares will be landscaped, a 4 km long embankment and a park zone will be arranged.
The volume of investments will make about RUR 500 bn, including more than RUR 420 bn of private investments (85% of the total volume).

To date, the Arena Legend major hockey complex has been commissioned, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Water Palace have been opened. In the fall of 2015, the active construction of the ZILART residential complex began.
The project involves the 101.84 hectare territory reorganization and the multifunctional comprehensive development of a total maximum area of about 1.55 million sq. m. The project implementation will result in the comprehensive improvement of the plant territory and the creation of a convenient space for the city citizens’ life and work.

In April 2014, the winner of the tender for the territory architectural and town planning concept development was determined. On December 25, 2014, the Moscow Urban Development and Land Commission (UDLC) approved the territory planning project, as well as the technical assignment for the new facilities construction. In March 2016, the construction company started the construction of the SVOBODA first residential complex on the premises of the former plant. It includes five residential buildings, 5 to 27 floors high. The first house was commissioned in the spring of 2018.
The project involves the creation of social, transport and engineering infrastructure facilities at the expense of the city budget, with the city costs to be reimbursed pro rata with the construction area. The total area intended for housing is 556 hectares, the area of housing built is about 3 million sq. m. As part of the transport infrastructure development, it is planned to build a metro station.

Currently, investors are transferring land plots to the city under the agreement, to compensate for the infrastructure construction costs.1.3 million sq. m of apartments have already been built, four preschool educational institutions, four schools and a polyclinic have been commissioned, a metro station has been opened.
The project provides the creation of a multifunctional amusement park with a total area of 280 thousand sq. m under the DreamWorks franchise. The complex will include an indoor park, a Soyuzmultfilm park, a multiplex cinema, children's themed cafes, related retail and public catering facilities, a promenade, and a parking lot. A significant part of the floodplain will be landscaped and turned into a public city park, and the Moscow River bank will be provided with a pedestrian embankment. The South River Station will be reconstructed.

The project involves the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain development, including the arrangement of the Parliamentary Center, the construction of residential buildings, a skatepark, office and transport infrastructure facilities. The project involves a major reconstruction of the Complex at Moskvoretskaya Embankment, where the Peter the Great Military Academy of Strategic Missile Troops was located. The historical buildings will be preserved and adapted to arrange a hotel, and the territory itself will be open for visitors. The action plan also includes the buildings mandatory restoration and reconstruction, as well as the integration of those with the existing city social and transport infrastructure (walking routes, an interface to the Zaryadie park).
The cost of the PPP contracts concluded in 2013-2018 is over RUR 19 bn.

There has been an open tender for the right to conclude an agreement for the SUE REM property sale, with an obligation to carry out restoration and reconstruction works in line with the current requirements. The winner is OOO GorKapStroy-Garant, which offered the contract price of RUR 10 bn with the lot starting price of RUR 8.6 bn.
The project provides for the supply of medical equipment, its installation, training of personnel to work with equipment, subsequent maintenance, repair, purchase of spare parts and consumables. The term of the contract is 10-12 years: up to 2 years - supply, 10 years - operation. Contracts provide for the establishment of the established equipment operability (downtime no more than 9 days per quarter).
The total value of the concluded LCC is RUR 19.5 bn.

According to the results of tenders for the right to conclude LCC in 2019, with an initial maximum price of contracts of RUR 33.5 bn, the savings amounted to RUR 14.0 bn, that is, the average price drop was 42%.
The project involves the installation (replacement) of heat counters HC (33,578 units) and the installation of data collection and transfer devices DTTD (16, 214 units). The contractor ensures the operability of 99% of the UTE during the life cycle (fines are applied in case of violation), monitors the operability through the automated process control system. From the moment of delivery, the devices arrive at the UIAC balance sheet, which monitors the fulfillment of obligations by the contractor.
The total value of four concluded LCC is RUR 31.6 bn.
