brief description of the project

The project involves the reconstruction of the city clinical hospital No. 63 and the creation of the Moscow International Outpatient Cancer Center and the Center for Endovascular Surgery. The project is aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of medical care in Moscow in accordance with the highest modern medical standards.

As a result of the project, new jobs will be created, including for highly qualified medical personnel. Also, international training centers have been established within the institution to train and improve the skills of specialists in the “radiotherapy” profile.

Amount and sources of funding:

RUB 7.5 bn, private investment

Implementation term

2013–2062

Current project status:

Currently, the first stage of the construction of the Moscow International Outpatient Cancer Center has been completed. The technical and economic indicators correspond to the technical task approved by the Government of Moscow.

The second stage includes the construction of an In Vitro Fertilization Center, an Endovascular Surgery Center (post-infarction and post-stroke surgical care), as well as an Ophthalmological Center for Complex Cases, which will be put into operation no later than 2025 in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
