Among the facilities are 49 educational institutions, 14 business centers, 11 industrial technology parks, seven shopping centers, production and logistics and sports complexes, an art museum, an innovation center and a logistics park.
Since 2020, the Moscow Government has entered into 39 agreements with developers for the construction of facilities as part of the city's program to stimulate the creation of work places. The volume of investments in the implementation of projects will exceed RUB 179 bln. Under the program, investors will build 86 facilities, including 49 educational institutions, 14 business centers, 11 industrial technology parks, 7 shopping centers, a sports complex, a production and logistics complex, an art museum, an innovation center and a logistics park. After the construction is completed, over 66,000 new jobs will appear in the city.
Since the beginning of 2023, the city has concluded 6 agreements with investors, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
Three industrial complexes, an office and shopping center, a kindergarten-school, as well as a business center and a logistics complex will be built on them. New facilities are being built in the north-west of the capital, as well as in ZelAO and TiNAO. The implementation of projects in these districts will create more than 10,000 new jobs. The total investment in construction will amount to more than RUB 26.2 bln.
