Moscow will be able to conclude offset contracts for services

Amendments for The Federal Law No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for the provision of state and municipal needs" were adopted. It will allow from July 2022 to spread the practice of conclusion of offset service contracts.

Among the most promising areas for the use of offsets are communication services, for example creation of infrastructure for the urban 5G Internet network, provision of services for neuroprosthetics, recycling and waste disposal.

Strogino technopark

Today, there are 33 technoparks in Moscow. The residents can rent premises at attractive prices, and receive various benefits from the Moscow Government. General Director Sergei Teplov told the Moscow Investment Portal about the Strogino infrastructure and business preferences.

There is an opinion that technoparks are focused exclusively on industrial production or IT-technologies. However, they can be an ideal place for companies with different profiles.
