Since 2016, the city has allocated land for the implementation of 573 large-scale investment projects (MaIP). Investors are building transport hubs, hotels, as well as sports, medical and industrial facilities.
Within the framework of MaIP, entrepreneurs receive land plots for rent without bidding, and the city receives new jobs and additional tax revenues to the budget. Such cooperation is beneficial to all parties.
For investors who are ready to open new production facilities in Moscow, special conditions apply. So, since March 2022, the rental rate for them is only one ruble per plot per year.
Today, within the framework of MaIP, 21 sports complexes, 19 schools and kindergartens, 55 commercial facilities are being built in the capital.
