The Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy and the Moscow Investment Agency present you the next digest of the main investment events in the Russian capital.

NEWS

MOSCOW INVESTMENT PORTAL HAS 98.000 USERS

Since the creation of the Moscow Investment Portal in 2014, 98,000 users have registered on it. After registration the portal provides about 30 online services that facilitate business in the capital.

The functionality of the personal account allows you to sign up for an inspection of urban objects put up for auction, study the lot documentation and seek advice on participation in auctions. All transaction documents are stored in the personal account: acts, contracts and additional agreements.

On the site, entrepreneurs can find details about industry support measures, auctions and leases of city property, tax regimes and benefits, and other information related to investment activities.

About 30 online services are available to users to choose the best support measures, apply for tax benefits, subsidies and loans, and submit investment projects for consideration.

INVESTOR WILL BUILD 2.1 MLN M2 OF FACILITIES WITHIN THE TERRITORIES COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMM

Today, in the capital, investors and city operators are implementing 41 projects of integrated development of territories (KRT). Within 14 of them, it is planned to create modern production facilities and technology parks with a total area of more than 2.1 mln m2.

Within the framework of 14 projects for the integrated development of territories, it is planned to build industrial and scientific facilities with a total area of more than 2.1 mln m2. The sites are located in seven metropolitan districts. The volume of investments in the implementation of these projects will amount to more than RUB 427 bln, in total over 63.000 new jobs will be created here.

Objects will appear in 11 districts of the capital: East Degunin, Golovinsky, Dmitrovsky, Mozhaysky, Severny, Otradny, Pechatniki, Ochakovo-Matveevsky, Silin, Shchukin and Yasenev.

RESIDENTS OF THE SEZ "TECHNOPOLIS MOSCOW" PRESENT THEIR DEVELOPMENTS AT THE FORUM "ARMY 2023"

The presented products are widely used in various fields: from field medicine and stationary medical equipment to optical and laser devices. Developments are distinguished primarily by high customer focus - they are designed and constructed in such a way as to be not only effective, but also convenient, intuitive and safe. The forum participants were able to evaluate a universal modular radar, a scanning microscope, ventilators and anesthesia and respiratory systems, hemostatic medical products, a portable scanner and other developments.

One of the enterprises of the medical and pharmaceutical cluster of the SEZ that took part in the forum was the Medplant company, which specializes in the production of compact and mobile medical equipment for emergency care.

Another participant of the forum from the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" was the company "Gascar Group". The presented products are the constructor of the programmable quadrocopter "Klever.Gaskar Code.", which is an educational kit for independent design and applied programming of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Also among the participating companies are Lassard, NPO Scanner, Diagnostics M and others.

MACROECONOMICS

MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES INCREASED INVESTMENTS IN THE ECONOMY OF MOSCOW BY 8%

In the first quarter of this year, manufacturing enterprises invested more than RUB 33 bln in the Moscow economy. This is eight percent higher than in 2022. For example, a Moscow manufacturer of robotic systems, together with a Russian mining and metallurgical company, has developed a domestic wire for welding.

Another metropolitan company has invested in the creation of two research centers for the development of biological and chemical medicines. The centers are expected to open before the end of the year.

All conditions for investment growth are created in the capital. Thus, the Moscow Fund for the Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship provides soft loans. And the status of an industrial complex and a resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone gives the right to tax cuts, including on profits, real estate and land.

MORE THAN 700.000 PEOPLE WORK IN MOSCOW INDUSTRY

The capital has become a driver of Russia's development. The city accounts for more than 20 percent of the country's gross domestic product.

The volume of industrial production also doubled. Today, the city is rightfully considered the largest center of high-tech industry in Russia. More than 4,000 industrial enterprises operate in Moscow, employing more than 700,000 people.

Among the largest promising projects are clusters of electric vehicles, photonics and electronics, a pharmaceutical cluster, as well as a federal center for unmanned aerial systems.

SUPPORT MEASURES

72 COMPANIES IN MOSCOW HAVE BEEN USING THE SUPPORT MEASURES OF THE MOSPROM CENTER

For six months, 72 metropolitan companies took advantage of the support measures of the Mosprom center to promote products and bring them to foreign markets.

As part of the buyer program, an analysis of the organization's activities is carried out free of charge, a map of recommendations is compiled, and communication with foreign markets is established. 49 enterprises became its participants, 17 capital companies received consultations, at which experts prepared analytics on the demand for Moscow products in foreign markets.

16 export-oriented companies of the industrial sector took part in the digital marathons. Each enterprise received an individual consultation from marathon experts, during which they summed up the results of the training, analyzed the strategy and readiness to enter foreign markets. Some companies took advantage of export support in several areas at once.

A TECHNOPARK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY WILL BE BUILT IN OCCHAKOV-MATVEEVSKY DISTRICT

The Government of Moscow assigned the status of an investment priority project to the creation of the technopark "Ryabinovaya, 44". It will appear in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area and will become the capital's first technopark in the food industry.

The technopark will create a special infrastructure for the localization of mainly small and medium-sized businesses in the food industry. In addition, there will be a center for collective use - food research laboratories.

Among the potential residents of the technopark are manufacturers and organizations of food industry support infrastructure, including RBCN-A LLC and Ochakovo Drinks LLC. Enterprises produce ready-made food for the end consumer and preparations for restaurants.

The area of the new technopark will be more than 10,000 m2. There are plans to create more than 220 jobs here. According to forecasts, by the end of 2024, RUB 617.7 mln will be invested in the project.

AUCTIONS

THE CITY PUT UP THE REAL ESTATE FOR THE SPORTS CENTER IN THE POKROVSKOE-STRESHNEVO DISTRICT

In the north-west of the capital, a premise for the opening of a sports center has been put up for city auction for rent. Entrepreneurs are invited to participate in an open auction for the right to lease an object with a total area of almost 2.000 m2 in a non-residential building on Beregovaya Street. The winner will sign a contract for 25 years. It will be able to provide sports and fitness services on the territory of the facility.

The building is located close to residential areas, next to the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo and Pokrovsky Bereg parks. There is already a swimming pool, sauna, locker rooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, as well as separate entrances from the street.

Applications will end on August 25, the auction will be held on August 29. To participate in it, you will need to register on the Roseltorg site and an enhanced qualified electronic signature. Information about the auction is posted on the Investment Portal of the City of Moscow.

MORE THAN 6.000 OBJECTS WERE SOLD AT AUCTION IN HALF A YEAR

From January to June, the capital sold more than 6.000 objects at land and property auctions. These are buildings and premises for business, land plots for commercial and private use, parking spaces and non-stationary retail facilities (NTO). In addition, over the past six months, residents of the capital and entrepreneurs have purchased or rented 44 land plots at auctions with a total area of more than 7 ha.

In addition, 118 non-stationary retail facilities were sold from January to June. Auction winners open cafes and sports equipment rentals, food and souvenir shops in them, or independently place pavilions and kiosks, vending machines and carts with ice cream and drinks, melons and Christmas markets in places specified by the agreement.
