Among them are public-private partnership projects, in particular the conclusion of offset contracts and a program to create work places.

The city also actively helps in the localization and development of high-tech industrial enterprises - for example, from March 2022, an investor can rent land for RUB 1 per year. One of the important conditions is compliance with strict requirements for environmental friendliness of the production under construction. For example, since February of this year, a green corridor has been operating, within which the time for completing administrative procedures has been halved due to simplified requirements for the construction of industrial facilities. At the same time, the conditions for safety and prevention of harm to the environment must also be met.

Moscow industry as a whole is switching to environmentally friendly modern production facilities, all conditions have been created for their creation and development, including within the framework of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Now there are more than 3.500 enterprises in Moscow, large ones have been modernized. Among them are an oil refinery, the largest urban wastewater treatment plant in Europe. Now their close proximity to residential areas is not an environmental problem. The air condition has improved in 18 districts of the city, located near industrial and municipal facilities.
