By the end of 2024, the area of production and administrative facilities of the industrial park "Rudnevo", which in March of this year became part of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Technopolis Moscow", is planned to increase by 2.5 times.
At the moment, 18 production buildings with a total area of about 120,000 m2 have been erected in the industrial park, including pilot production and a design bureau. By the end of 2024, it is planned to increase the area of the facilities to 300.000 m2 and create over 6.000 jobs there.
Companies that have the status of a SEZ resident can receive a number of tax and other benefits. So, they are exempt from property, transport and land taxes. The income tax rate for them is only 2%. In addition, they have access to the free customs zone regime and land lease benefits.
17 companies are already deploying their facilities here, most of which will produce unmanned aerial vehicles. The new cluster is designed to ensure technological sovereignty and further development of this industry in Russia.
