Since 2018, the Moscow Industry and Entrepreneurship Support Fund has been providing export development loans to enterprises.

The tool allows to receive up to RUB 300 m for up to five years at a rate of three percent. Over five years, the city has approved eight applications from seven enterprises in the capital worth RUB 1.3 bn. The funds received can be used to purchase raw materials and components for the production of products that are fully or partially exported.

Since 2018, the city's financial support has helped increase exports to the capital's manufacturers of food, cosmetics, medical equipment, robotic systems and refractory materials.

In addition, foreign trade loans provide opportunities to modernize sites and create new jobs. Expanding markets, including access to foreign markets, helps the city's businesses increase output and expand their product range.

Only since the beginning of this year the city provided such support to three enterprises in the amount of 0.5 bn RUB. A loan of RUB 100 m for export development was given to a manufacturer of robotic complexes, and RUB 200 m to producers of cosmetics and medical equipment.
