The business acquired more than 40 commercial buildings from Moscow in 3 years

Since the beginning of 2020, according to the results of the auction, 42 detached buildings with a total area of almost 70.000 m² have been bought from the city. Investors can use these properties for offices, shops, car repair shops and other purposes. Most of the objects - 33 buildings - were purchased together with the land plots with a total area of 6.1 ha on which they are located.

In 2022, entrepreneurs bought nine buildings with a total area of 1.900 m², from the beginning of 2023 - 5 more objects with a total area of 46.500 m². The largest building (15.600 m²) is located in Chechersky Proyezd, the smallest (27.900 m²) is located on Western Street.
