Currently, 6 investment projects for the establishment and modernization of technoparks are being implemented in the capital. The total volume of investments will amount to RUB 14.5 bn, of which RUB 3.5 bn have already been invested. As a result, 6,800 workplaces will be created in technoparks.
Moscow assigns a special status of an investment priority project to investors who establish or modernize technoparks. With this status, companies reduce the amount of taxes paid to the regional budget by a quarter.
In total, 13 investment priority projects are currently being implemented in Moscow. In addition to technoparks, investors create an industrial park and industrial enterprises. The total volume of investments in these projects will exceed RUB 36 bn, of which RUB 31 bn have already been invested by companies in the implementation of such projects.
