Concession is one of the most common forms of public-private partnership in Moscow. It allows realizing large investment projects in the city with the active participation of business. Under such agreements, the concessionaire invests in the creation or reconstruction of facilities, operates them during the contract term and creates new jobs. Due to the ongoing concession projects, almost 4,000 representatives of different specialties, from workers to medical staff and teachers, will get jobs.
Since 2013, the capital has signed six concession agreements, investments in them exceed RUB 100 bln.
