Investors in Moscow will build business centers, technology parks and social facilities in exchange for benefits

According to the program of stimulating the creation of places of employment, offices, shopping centers, educational institutions, industrial technoparks and a production complex will appear in the capital, as well as about 22,000 new jobs outside the TTR.

The program to create places of employment was launched in Moscow in 2020. During this time, we have signed 13 agreements with investors, according to which they will build more than 780,000 sq. m of real estate in different districts of the city – schools and a kindergarten, industrial technology parks, shopping and business centers, a production and logistics complex. Investments in the implementation of projects under the agreements will amount to RUB 61.8 bn.
