Artyom Barashev has been working in the Moscow Investment Agency since 2013. He began his career as a Deputy Head of the Project Office. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Director for PPP, then he became First Deputy Director in 2020.

As director of the Moscow Investment Agency, Artyom Barashev will be responsible for supporting investment projects and investment activities in Moscow.
