The site of the former industrial zone Ogorodny Proezd is waiting for reorganization

The southern section of the former industrial zone Ogorodny Proezd in the Butyrsky district with an area of more than 7 ha will be reorganized under the project Industrial Quarters. Investments in the reorganization of the territory will amount to RUB 10 bn, the expected budget effect will be RUB 1.18 bn per year.

About 170,000 sq. m of industrial and public buildings will appear on the site of the former industrial zone, more than 4,000 jobs will be created.
