Since the beginning of 2021, the Moscow Government has received three initiatives for the implementation of PPP projects in the capital sphere of interests - education, handling of used electrical equipment and housing and public utilities. The total investment in these projects will have exceeded 10 billion rubles. Now the possibility of their implementation is being studied.

As part of another planned agreement on the territory Skolkovo may open an innovative school for 825 students, which does not have analogues in the country.
