The city provided developers with benefits in the amount of 12.5 billion rubles

Under the five agreements for the Incentive Place Creation Program, Investors will build labor applications outside the center of the capital for almost 300 thousand square meters of commercial real estate where more than 7.6 thousand people will be able to work. The city, in turn, provided these investors benefits on payment for changing the type of permitted use of land for housing construction for a total of 12.5 billion rubles.

The city launched the program last year to attract businesses to construct commercial and social facilities outside the city center.
