An industrial technopark of about 20,000 square meters will appear in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky subdistrict.
The project Investments will amount to RUB 500 m, 185 new jobs will be created. It is already the seventh decision to grant a land plot without tender for large-scale investment projects with an expected investment of RUB 5+bn since the beginning of the year.
