Moscow Will Be Able to Independently Sign Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements

Since April 2, Moscow will be able to independently sign investment protection and promotion agreements. Previously, they were only concluded with the Federal Government involvement.

This innovation will increase the investments in the city economy, guarantee state support for entrepreneurs, and ensure the immutability of legal acts.
