The Moscow Small Business Credit Assistance Fund (Moscow Guarantee Fund) was established by the Moscow Government in 2006 as a state support instrument for small and medium-sized business representatives and operates under the authority of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Policy.
The Fund helps to solve the problem of small and medium-sized businesses that do not have own collateral, through providing collateral on loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit, leasing and factoring.
The Moscow Small Business Credit Assistance Fund is part of the National Guarantee System.
