Preferences for Developers Won’t Put Construction of 9 M Square Meters of Property on Ice

The Moscow Government has decided to postpone the payment of the permitted use change fee for land plots to be constructed in Q22020. This measure will touch the total 139 land plots rented by investors from the city or privately owned.

Builders and developers will be able to pay the deferred payment until December 31, 2020.
