The list of the Moscow Targeted Investment Program (TIP) facilities for 2019-2022 was prepared in full compliance with the budget allocations to implement government programs (GP) and measures as determined in the draft Moscow budget for 2019-2022.
In 2020-2022, RUR 1.4 tn or 67% of the Targeted Investment Program budget will be used to implement the “Transport System Development” GP. RUR 700.3 bn of these are intended for the metro facilities construction. In 2020-2022, the above funds are expected to be used for the commissioning of 27 metro stations, 67.7 km of metro lines and 2 depots. RUR 564 bn of the budget funds are intended for automobile roads construction in 2020-2022. Ca. 338 km of roads, 63 pedestrian crossings and 99 artificial structures (bridges, overpasses, ramps) are planned to be built and put into operation during this time.
The TIP priority is still the implementation of the government programs aimed at the social sphere development; RUR 311 bn will be allocated for this purpose from 2020 to 2022. These funds will be used within three years to build and put into operation:
The sports facilities will include 3 soccer fields, 19 fitness centers, 2 swimming pools, 3 BMX cycling grounds, etc.
RUR 127.4 bn are provided for the reconstruction and modernization of the city utility infrastructure within three years.
RUR 8.1 bn will be spent on the construction of facilities under the Safe City GP in 2020-2022. These funds will be used to commission 18 fire stations and 20 administrative buildings.
RUR 17.7 bn have been allocated to construct the facilities under the “Urban Planning Policy” GP in 2020-2022.
19 cultural facilities, including 2 museum buildings, 5 theater buildings and 2 cultural heritage items will be built and restored as part of the Moscow Culture GP implementation.
