The Moscow Government has announced a tender to conclude a concession agreement on the geriatric center creation.

By 2022, the investor will have reconstructed and equipped a four-storey building of 3,000+square meters in the Bagritsky Street in the Mozhaysky subdistrict of Moscow and will also provide social and medical services as well.

The center is equipped for rehabilitation of at least 100 elderly patients. The estimated investments will be about RUR 500 m.

Applications for tender participation are to be submitted from September 10 to October 23.

Bolshevichka – Hundred Years of Success
For almost a century now, the enterprise has maintained its brand at a high level and modern technologies and contracts with leading world companies are promoting its continued growth and competitiveness.
