– What is the share of small- and medium-sized businesses in government purchases today?
– As part of the efforts to support small businesses, city customers have held special-purpose competitive procedures among small and medium-sized companies to a total of 14.2 bn RUB. Small business representatives have also been announced winners of purchases held on a common basis, for a total value of lots worth 17 bn RUB.
Small companies have also been involved in the implementing government contracts as subcontractors to a total of 4.7 bn RUB. Thus, the total volume of support for small businesses as part of Moscow’s government purchases has reached 41.8 bn RUB (23.1 per cent) in the reporting period

– Since the United Electronic Market Place was created by the Moscow City Government in 2013, a number of significant assets have been sold on it, including:
In all, assets worth over 168 bn RUB have been sold on the United Electronic Market Place.
– What large-scale facilities will be offered for sale shortly?
– A tender to sell a 100 per cent stake in ZiL Yug LLC will be announced soon.
– Could you please elaborate on the investment appeal of beneficial programmes for investors (“Doctor Nearby” and similar projects in the area of education and cultural heritage preservation).”
– As part of the efforts to develop private education and enhance the quality of services and competition in this area, a project is being implemented to lease out dilapidated educational facilities in order to create educational establishments. The programme’s success is confirmed by the figures: real estate with an estimated capacity of over 2,800 places worth 184.3 m RUB have been sold by tender, of which nine facilities have been launched into operation. Total investment has exceeded 360 m RUB.
With a view to enhancing the accessibility and quality of primary medical care for city residents, the Doctor Nearby project is being implemented, under which the lessee provides primary medical care as part of compulsory health insurance in the volumes established by the city. Under this project, 48 real estate facilities have already been sold for a total value of 112.7 m RUB, of which 21 facilities have been launched into operation. The investments for 21 facilities topped 120 m RUB.
In order to provide conditions for involving non-residential buildings in an unsatisfactory condition into the circulation of cultural heritage facilities, the Moscow City Government is implementing a programme to restore cultural heritage facilities, attracting investment into restoration and preservation of such facilities by leasing them out for long terms. Nineteen non-residential facilities have been sold for a total of 347.7 m RUB, of which three facilities have been launched into operation. Investment in the three facilities is estimated at over 450 m RUB.
