The rate on preferential investment loans for industry will be reduced from 9 to 3%

This rate will apply to both new and approved borrowers. In addition, the maximum amount of credit increased from RUB 1 bn to RUB 3 bn.

Industrial enterprises can receive support in the acquisition of equipment, the registration of intellectual property rights and the implementation of investment projects aimed at the establishment or reconstruction of industrial infrastructure in the capital.

The company, which is the loan recipient, must be registered in Moscow, exist for at least 2 years, not in the process of bankruptcy and have no tax arrears. There are also requirements for the number of employees: at least 50 employees must work there at the high-tech productions and at least 100 at other factories.
