The city has provided new support measure to 12 participants of program of creation of workplaces

Capital developers, implementing projects under the program of creation of workplaces, extended the terms of bank guarantees provision and execution of some conditions of agreements.

The deadline for providing documentation have been extended to six months for developers, and five developers have been extended the term of providing a bank guarantee.

RUB 60.6 bn will be invested in the construction. They plan to build 739.6 thousand square meters of real estate in the city. Thanks to this, 23.3 thousand jobs will be created in Moscow.
