Moscow entrepreneurs took an advantage of the business support measure, that allows to defer land payments for the second quarter of 2022 for 6 months. The deferred payments amounted to RUB 10.3 bn.
Land plots owners, who change the type of their permitted use, can apply for the transfer of payment by installments for the second quarter. This support measure has already been used by 55 owners of 90 land plots. Their deferred payments amounted of RUB 3.64 bn.
The largest amount of support was provided to 123 tenants of urban plots, who transferred payments in the amount of RUB 6.65 bn. Of these, 107 entrepreneurs who changed the purpose of providing land for construction received a delay in the amount of RUB 5.67 bn. According to the appeals of 16 investors implementing large-scale investment projects, the rent benefit for the second quarter amounted to RUB 0.98 bn.
