34 objects will be built in the capital within the large-scale investment projects

In 2022, Moscow allocated land plots for the implementation of 34 large-scale investment projects. 10 of which relate to the construction of social facilities (kindergartens, schools, medical institutions). About 137 hectares of land will be leased by investors for the construction of new facilities. The total area of new enterprises will exceed 166.000 square meters.

Six new enterprises will occupy about 425.000 square meters of the city land. Besides, it’s planned to construct different objects with an area of more than 70.000 square meters within the creation of four transport hubs.
