Within two months Moscow entrepreneurs have concluded about 200 preferential factoring agreements

The preferential factoring program for small and medium-sized businesses was created by the Moscow Government at the end of April 2022. Moscow businessmen can use a preferential interest rate when concluding such an agreement. The final rate for the borrower is 10.75%. The program is devised for suppliers and distributors who sell products on deferred payment terms.

Thus in two months, more than 300 applications were approved for a total of 18.7 billion rubles and more than 190 contracts worth 12.6 billion rubles were concluded. At the same time, the actual financing under the concluded factoring agreements amounted to 4.26 billion rubles.
