Moscow has leased land plots to investors for a period of five years at a preferential rate for the construction of industrial facilities. The implementation of these projects will create more than 2 thousand jobs.
Thus, a new building will be constructed for the company — developer of electronic components, confectionery production, instrument-making complex and a complex for the manufacture of components for special fire equipment. The volume of investments in projects will exceed RUB 10 bn.
In addition to preferential land lease, a wide range of anti-crisis support measures are available to industrial enterprises of the city: companies can receive preferential loans for replenishment of working capital, implementation of investment programs and construction of non-residential construction facilities. In March, RUB 20 bn were allocated to the fund for the implementation of these measures.
