Moscow and DOM.RF signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects

Within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Moscow and the DOM.RF Development Institute signed an agreement under which the parties intend to develop cooperation in the implementation of investment projects and consider financing the construction of urban infrastructure facilities.

Thus, investors implementing public-private partnership (PPP) projects in Moscow can count on long-term financing on favorable terms.

The agreement will also ensure an effective exchange of methodological, analytical and other information for further development of project financing opportunities.

The capital was one of the first in Russia to start using various PPP mechanisms. The most common forms of cooperation between the state and private investors in Moscow are life cycle contracts, offset contracts, and concessions. In total, since 2013, more than 250 PPP contracts have been concluded in Moscow for the amount of more than 1.1 trillion rubles.
