The city sold 3.6 thousand objects at auction in five months of 2022 with a total value of RUB 27.5 bn. The constant leader are parking places: during this period, auctions were held for 2.1 thousand objects.
In the first five months of this year, 836 apartments, 540 non-residential premises, 34 land plots for various purposes, 50 non-stationary retail facilities were also sold at the city auction. New offers are published daily on the Moscow Investment Portal.
Residents, commercial organizations and investors participate in city bidding.
