Three owners of 15 land plots used this opportunity during the 2 months of the measures. They returned bank guarantees for RUB 5.8 bn. Developers are building complexes in the west, south and south-west of the city – in Rublevo-Arkhangelsk, Molzhaninovsky and Khoroshevo-Mnevniki districts.
