Since March 2022 in Moscow there are nine business support measures in the property and land sector. More than 1,500 entrepreneurs have already applied to the city for such benefits. Appropriate assistance has already received to 80% of them.
Most of all applications concerned obtaining a semi-annual deferment of payments for the lease of urban real estate for the second quarter, as well as contributions from landowners for changing the type of its permitted use. Now the city has approved 704 such appeals. The total amount of transferred payments amounted to RUB 10.3 bn.
Most of the approved applications - 535 - related to the rescheduling of non-residential rent payments. The cost of such support exceeded RUB 378 m.
