The city will sell at auction 34 non-residential premises and two buildings, one of which is being sold together with a land plot. The objects are located in 8 districts of the capital: 10 lots are offered in the west, six in the southwest, four objects in the north, northeast and center, three in the south, two in the southeast, and one room and two buildings, one of which is with a land plot, in the east.
New owners will be able to open micro-enterprises on small sites, and a large commercial facility in an area of more than 1.5 thousand square meters. Applications for participation in open auctions are accepted until June 20 inclusive. The auction will take place in June.
