The city provided support to capital developers in the amount of more than rub 9 bn

Tenants of land plots provided for construction can receive an interest-free deferment of lease payments for the second quarter of 2022 for six months, and owners can postpone installment payments for changing the type of permitted use of land for the same period. In addition, in 2023, a number of developers will not increase rental rates for plots as part of a progressive scale. In less than two months, the city provided assistance in the amount of almost RUB 9.4 bn for 227 requests from developers.

Technopark Kalibr

One of Moscow's leading technoparks is located at the territory of JSC Kalibr, a former major measuring instruments manufacturer, which celebrated its 85th anniversary in 2017. Since 2015, the plant territory was partially used to create a technopark of the same name "Kalibr", currently accommodating more than 50 companies. In total, over 200 companies are located at the site of JSC Kalibr. The priorities of the technopark development include additive technologies, unmanned transport and navigation technologies, telecommunication technologies, instrument manufacture and metalworking, medical research.
