The company "Farmstandart" will receive a plot size of 14.4 hectares for the design and creation of a technopark with distribution center on the territory of the Northern District within the framework of implementation of a new large-scale investment project in the capital.
The total building area will be 109 thousand square meters. The planned volume of investments in the project is estimated at RUB 13 bn, and the annual tax deductions to the city budget – at RUB 3.3 bn. In addition, the project will create a thousand jobs in Moscow.
The technopark of the pharmaceutical company will be built within 5 years: for such a period of time, land is allocated within the framework of the implementation of the large-scale investment project. The construction of the facility will begin after the city formalizes land and legal relations with the investor.
