Since the beginning of 2022, private investors concluded 13 additional agreements with the city on changing the purpose of land use. They plan to build more than 863,000 sq. m of capital facilities on the territory of 36.6 ha within 6 years. Of these, 577,000 sq. m will be occupied by housing, and 286,700 sq. m will be occupied by commercial facilities. In general, investors contributed RUB 3 bn to the budget for changing the purpose of providing a land plot.
The developer can pay a fee for changing the type of permitted use of the land at a time or in installments.
