Sergey Sobyanin approved the program of preferential online lending for small and medium-sized businesses

The Moscow Government has also approved a program of preferential online lending to SMEs. They will be able to get online loans at the final rate of 13.5% (half of the Bank of Russia key rate plus 5 percentage points) for any purpose. The maximum loan amount will be RUB 5 m. The interest rate subsidy period is 9 months.
