Cancellation of the progressive rental rate: 21 companies took advantage of the city's support in a month

Investors who have received land without bidding can cancel the progressive rental rate for a year. They will be able to save significantly when renting urban areas and, as a result, reduce the cost of their projects. 21 companies have already taken advantage of this opportunity; their savings will amount to RUB 549 m.
