Since the beginning of the year, the city has decided to provide developers with almost 37 ha of land for the large-scale investment projects implementation. Among them are social, sports, transport and office facilities, industrial complexes and a recreation area.
Industrial complexes, innovation centers, social institutions, transport, sports and other facilities can get land without bidding. For their construction, the city provides land plots for a 5-year rent.
About 10 ha of land were allocated for the kindergartens and schools construction, for a production complex in the Rudnevo industrial zone – 1.8 ha, for an architectural concrete production site in a Pokhodnyy Proyezd – 0.9 ha. In the first quarter of 2022, the city also decided to provide plots for the office centers construction (more than 3 ha).
