According to the results of special auctions for small and medium–sized businesses and self-employed people, in three months of 2022, entrepreneurs concluded 83 lease agreements with the city for non-residential real estate with a total area of 4,600 sq. m, from which 56 premises are located in the aboveground part of buildings, 27 premises are in cellars.
In total, since 2017, entrepreneurs of this category have rented 1,718 objects with a total area of 91,000 sq. m from the city on preferential terms.
Mostly, in January – March 2022, real estate was rented at a special rate in the north-west of Moscow – 17 premises, in the south – 15 premises, in the west – 14 premises.
