In the capital, the first contract was signed on the provision of a plot for rent for 5 years at a preferential rate of RUB 1 per year for the implementation of a large-scale investment project (LSIP).
The plot is located in the Nagatino-Sadovniki district. An engineering building with an area of almost 10,000 sq. m will be built on this site. The facility will become part of a research and production enterprise that develops electronic components (including for the automotive industry), design and manufacture of high-tech systems.
You can get a plot at a discounted rate during the construction of industrial facilities. The first contract was signed. The investor will construct an engineering building, about 460 workplaces will be created there.
The preferential rate will be maintained during the entire construction period of the facility. The land for the implementation of the LSIP is transferred to the investor without bidding.
