In Moscow, support measures were taken for developers participating in the program for creation of workplace associated infrastructure

Investors implementing projects under the program for creation of workplace associated infrastructure (WAI) outside the TTR will receive preferences to determine the size of the bank guarantee.

The Mayor of Moscow approved a package of anti-crisis support measures for developers who build facilities in the capital under the program for creating of workplaces associated infrastructure. Now the term of the bank guarantee required for the project implementation is extended to 6 months, and binding to the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia when determining the size of the guarantee is excluded – it is fixed at 9.5% per annum. In addition, investors have the opportunity to extend the terms of execution for six months under certain terms of agreements.
