The city is engaged in the preservation of workplaces, ensuring the smooth functioning of enterprises and organizations, social support for residents, issues of import substitution, which implies the localization of the maximum number of producers of goods and services in Moscow.

In particular, a program of subsidizing interest rates on loans for replenishment of current assets for system-forming enterprises of industry, trade and agriculture was introduced to help enterprises and organizations in the capital. In addition, a moratorium was established on increasing the rental rates for land plots and non-residential facilities owned by Moscow in 2022.

Co-financing of expenses for the innovative projects implementation in the field of science, industry and information technology was raised to support small and medium-sized businesses.
