Vladimir Efimov told which Moscow projects receive investments from Turkish companies

Moscow has been successfully cooperating with Turkish entrepreneurs for several years. Turkish companies invested in the implementation of projects such as the Dreams Island amusement park, the Federation Tower, residential complexes and shopping centers.

The accumulated volume of investments from Turkey as of October 1, 2021 amounted to USD 1.4 bn. It has increased by 3.8 times in five years, by 19% in the last year, and by 8% since the beginning of 2021.

Moscow traditionally maintains close business contacts with the investment community of the CIS countries. Thus, the city government provides investors with benefits on income tax, property, land, rent for land plots in order to support industrial enterprises and new investment projects.
