Entrepreneurs can purchase 88 non-residential premises with a total area of 15,100 sq. m from the city. 60 premises are put up for sale through auctions, another 28 premises are leased.
Moscow regularly puts up for auction non-residential premises for doing business. This makes it possible to replenish the capital's budget and gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to purchase real estate directly from the city for production, warehouses, and commercial activities.
The total area of the leased facilities is 3,300 sq. m, while its footage varies from 11 meters to 1,400 sq. m.
Auctions will be held in April. Any commercial organizations, individuals, including individual entrepreneurs can participate in auctions.
