Last year, the city signed PPP contracts for more than RUB 100 bn

Due to the agreements signed with the business last year, projects for more than RUB 100 bn will be implemented. Among them are 52 life cycle contracts for the supply of medical equipment and the renewal of urban transport, 4 concessions in the field of ecology, education and social support for the older generation, as well as an offset contract for the supply of medicines.

The total volume of public-private partnership agreements of the capital, concluded from 2013 to December 2021, exceeded RUB 1.1 trn: about RUB 120 bn are for concessions, about RUB 530 bn are for life-cycle contracts, more than RUB 272 bn are for long-term agreements with an investment component (including RUB 72.7 bn for offset contracts), more than RUB 200 bn for other PPP formats.
