Scandinavia invested USD 1,2 bn into Moscow’s economy

Scandinavian investors contribute to the companies that are into financial and insurance affairs, trade, industrial sector, high technologies and real-estate.

According to the latest data from Bank of Russia, the whole amount of accumulated investments into Moscow’s economy from Scandinavia is USD 1,2 bn up to the 1^st of July 2021. Investment share from Sweden is 77%, 20% is a Danish share, which is USD 239 m, and 3% is a Norwegian share, which is USD 41 m. For the last 5 years the whole amount of accumulated foreign investments from Scandinavian countries has increased by 21%.
