Moscow signed a second concession agreement in the sphere of housing and utilities

Moscow signed a concession agreement in the sphere of housing and utilities sector, according to which the investor will build facilities to extract nitrogen and phosphorus compounds from wastewater.

The agreement was signed for 27 years. In two years investor will build the facilities, and the next 25 years company will carry out operation, maintenance and overhaul of them. The project will be implemented entirely at the investor’s expense, what will help significantly save budget funds. At the same time, the constructed objects will become the city property from their launch, and the investor will be able to receive income from operation them.
